Major theme updates may require extra time not included in our SiteCare plans and could require additional fees. In that event, we will contact you first on how to best proceed. The same is true for certain premium plugins that you may have installed on your site.

If a vulnerability exists in any of the plugins, we will work with the developers to obtain an update if they have one, or if one is not available, we will contact you to discuss options on how to keep the same functionality on your site minus the danger of having an outdated or compromised plugin.

Yes! Our managed Website Care comes with 1 hour of FREE content updates per month. If you have a blog (highly recommended), we will even create SEO Optimized blog posts for you from the content that you provide to us. 

If you need additional web pages or new content added to an existing page, we have a low-cost design fee to make sure all your website needs are covered.

We provide training and video tutorials that will provide you with all the tools you need so that you can add your own blog posts, or with or Website Care package you can simply email us your content and we will post it for you.

Free SEO optimized blog posts from your content are available while your website is being managed by iWebCrafter. Free content updates require an active SiteCare Plus Plan.

First, you always own your website content! You are also completely free to move the website to a web hosting platform of your choice and make any changes you would like to make to your site.

If you no longer wish for us to manage your website, you can simply pay off any remaining payments and we will be happy to move the site to the hosting platform you choose.

Please be aware if your site uses any premium plugins that require yearly licenseing fees, or paid external services, those become the website owners responsibility.
